FAQs

  • We offer Managed Services, also known as Managed IT for businesses that want to farm out computer services instead of keeping their own staff. This begins with an assessment of your current technology and a battle plan to make your system more secure, compatible, fast, reliable and backed up. Many businesses today are changing to mobile offices so quite often we look at placing data/programs in the cloud to allow your business to operate without the need to come in to the office.

  • Nope, definitely not…although I offer many of the same services.
My name is Jeremy Zuther and I am a sole proprietor that has worked in private IT consulting for over 20 years. From high end networks and complex servers down to home computers and newer smart devices I’ve seen it all, set it up and troubleshot it. I can almost guarantee that any task you have will just be another day at the office.

  • Our everyday rates are well shopped so we don’t offer any reduction. Unlike most of my competitors, you will not have a young, inexperienced kid show up at your door. I book the appt and I show up. I am a sole proprietor that’s been doing this over 20 years. I have a BS in Computer Science, I’m a Microsoft Certified Partner and I’ve personally worked for and helped thousands of customers in North TX with their IT needs. I would strongly encourage anyone shopping around to shop providers based on reviews. After all, there’s no such thing as a service provider that price gouges and still maintains a high review rating on Google and Angies List etc.

  • Yes, we provide expert level support for both commercial and residential customers. Most services are performed on site but occasionally customers may prefer a remote repair which is usually an option as long as your internet is working properly.

  • While we can setup net term payments for your business, we will first need to create a customer account including a retainer/deposit. This deposit would be used to settle payments not made within your net terms if you’re late to pay. In order to recontinue mail in payments/net terms, you would need to re-establish your retainer/deposit.

  • Check or cash. If a client fails to have check/cash to pay, I can run a credit card through Paypal but they charge a 3.6% fee that will be added to your total.

  • This website was made using Squarespace. If you’d like something similar I’d be happy to help. But it’s not possible for me to tell you how long it would take because that would come down to how many revisions you’d need done and how quickly communication goes etc. I can tell you that this website took roughly 100 hours of my time to build. I hope that helps….

  • If you purchase a brand new computer, they guarantee the hardware and nothing else. There’s a reason for this; and it’s because the customer is constantly altering their computer. No manufacturer can guarantee that you will not get a virus or erase files you shouldn’t or fall victim to an email scam etc. All services are reviewed for completion before the end of your service call and we recommend proper internet security/antivirus, surge protection and of course careful judgement.

  • We do not fix physically damaged phones or laptops. On most laptops we can recover data if your hard drive is faulty and replace the hard drive; but we do not replace screens or DC jacks on laptops nor phones.

  • This is answered on a case by case basis and is subject to availability. Any service call outside of our normal service area would incur an additional location fee.

  • Yes….and this is somewhat common. Someone 18 or older must be at the location for the duration of the call, and if that person is not paying for the service call, then we will need to arrange payment in advance.

  • Remote services are available for existing customers as needed and is available for new customers after submitting credit card info. Remote calls are typically performed same day but may need to be scheduled.
